Newquay Towan Blystra Lions Club were proud to support fellow Lions, Andy and Barbara Hannan for the town’s annual Civic Parade on Sunday 5 June 2011.
Andy is the town’s Mayor for 2011 – 2012, with his wife Barbara as Mayoress.
The town’s other many organisations were well represented, including 781 (Newquay) Squadron Air Training Corps, the Newquay Branch of the Royal British Legion, St Columb Rotary Club, Newquay Women’s Institute, Newquay Guides and Brownies, Newquay Surf Lifesaving Club, Newquay Old Cornwall Society, and St Columb Minor Blue School amongst many others.
