Thursday 6th June – Newquay Town Council & Royal British Legion invite to the D-DAY Anniversary lighting of the Beacon at Huers Hut. Events start at 8,30pm. D-Day Anniversary
Sunday 9 June – Trenance Cottages Summer Fayre – come along to join us at our Fluffy Lions Tombola Stall. 10.30am to 3.30pm
Saturday 15 June – Morrisons Supermarket entrance – Come and learn about what MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE is. 10.00am to 5pm.
Saturday 15 June – Marshal assistance at Children’s Hospice SW Rainbow Run.
Sunday 23 June – Brains of Newquay Charity Quiz Give Away – sold out this year already but find out more about this annual competition HERE
Thursday 27 June – Monthly meeting at Griffin Inn, Cliff Road, Newquay. Start 7.30pm. Normal finish time 8.30pm followed by the chance to socialise with Lions friends.
Friday 28th June – Badminton cheque presentation at Lavender Farm Nr Perranporth – evening time 6.30 pm

Monday 15th – 7.30pm Young Leader In Service Presentation 5th Newquay Scouts HQ Godolphin Way. This is 1st for us which we hope to expand. Your support on the night would be appreciated.
Sunday 21st – Newquay Rowing Club Charity Gig Row supporting Children’s Hospice South West. Three Novice Rowers needed per team supported by experienced rowers from the gig club.
Thursday 25th July – Monthly meeting at a location to be confirmed. Start 7.30pm. Normal finish time 8.30pm followed by the chance to socialise with Lions friends.
Saturday 20th – Cornwall Pride parade. Help with marshalling. meet Sailors 11.15 am
