Lion President Heather Stanley of Newquay Towan Blystra Lions was delighted to take the chance to formally badge the club’s newest member, Elkie Jones, at Newquay Beer Festival. In a break in proceedings on the main stage, Heather and Elkie’s sponsor, Lion Monique Collins, let everyone know the importance of Lions and how much they valued new members like Elkie. In fact, Elkie has already been on a trip with Callington Lions and Sending Love to Ukraine, so she really hit the ground running!
