A NEWQUAY charity are bringing a very special visitor to the town this month.
Newquay Towan Blystra Lions are helping Father Christmas settle in to his grotto at the Lighthouse Cinema as he gets ready to meet the town’s boys and girls.
“We’re really excited that Father Christmas has chosen to come to Newquay,” said Lions President Phil Bunt.
“His grotto is in a prominent location, n the foyer of the cinema and perfect for children and families, either watching a film or just passing.
“Father Christmas will be in his grotto most weekends, and is looking forward to hearing children’s Christmas wishes.”
Children can meet him for free, donations to the charity will be gratefully received.
Newquay Towan Blystra Lions Club is a group of volunteers that support good causes in Newquay and the surrounding areas. All money raised by the grotto help support these causes.
The times in which Father Christmas is in residence is based around the films that are showing week by week, and times are posted below as we know them:
Saturday 1st December: 10:30am – 1pm
Sunday 2nd December: 10:00am – 1pm
