NEWQUAY TOWAN BLYSTRA LIONS GO ROWING FOR CHARITY
Newquay Towan Blystra Lions fielded 2 teams to take part in the Annual Childrens Hospice South West Gig Race held at Newquay Harbour over the weekend. The event raises awareness & funds for the charity.
Although it was quite windy, the sea state was calm enough for closely contested competition. The crews consisted of 3 experienced rowers & 3 volunteers plus an experienced cox.
